Reflectiv end-user license agreement.

These terms apply to your use of Reflectiv and its associated services, provided by Source Labs LLC. By installing or using Reflectiv, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to accept them on its behalf.

Your license

Subject to these terms, Source Labs LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Reflectiv for your personal or internal business purposes. We retain ownership of the software. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Your content and accounts

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You authorize processing of that content as necessary to perform the features you request. You are responsible for your content, account security, API keys, and permissions to access connected services. Do not use Reflectiv to violate the law, infringe others’ rights, gain unauthorized access, or disrupt services.

AI output and actions

AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important output and actions before relying on them. Reflectiv does not provide professional legal, medical, tax, or financial advice. You are responsible for decisions and actions taken using the app, including actions you approve through integrations. Approval controls are not a guarantee that every possible consequence will be identified.

Third-party services and costs

AI providers, integrations, and cloud services operate under their own terms and may require paid accounts. You are responsible for charges incurred through your accounts, including AI usage, cloud processing, and approved deployment or generation actions. Their availability, pricing, and functionality may change independently of Reflectiv.

Early access and updates

Reflectiv is currently an early-access product. Features may change, contain defects, or become unavailable. Keep backups of important data. We may provide updates, change features, or discontinue services. Any paid offering will disclose its pricing and applicable payment terms before purchase.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains local storage, data sent to AI providers and integrations, and the hosted sign-in service.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reflectiv is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or compatibility with every third-party service.

To the extent permitted by law, Source Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of Reflectiv. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Ending use

You may stop using Reflectiv at any time. We may suspend hosted services or terminate this license for material violations of these terms. On termination, stop using the software. Disconnect integrations, revoke provider permissions, and remove local app data if you no longer want it retained.

Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and publish the updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate product or website notice. Questions may be sent to andrei@sourcelabs.io.
